YahooOOOOOooo!!

Good morning, chickens, peeps and birds of all feathers. It is a FINE morning, is it not? The birds–that’s us–are singing, the sky is yellow, sun is flaring blue, and somewhere, right now…God is tying his shoelaces..ahh. Truly great to be six feet over…what’s that? You think there’s a lil “extry” reason for my catch & release canary eating smug-osity? Well, you might be right. Or I might be write. Or other homonyms to that effect, the point being (obscured) that I submitted an article to Yahoo News Network (at their request) about the fires, and I wrote one (using as many parentheses as I could) and they published it!

After a month of bumps, chumps and lumps, this author was > this close < to calling it a day, a wash, and throwing in the towel…calling it wash day AND throwing in the towel, but the simple fact I am in love with the written word made this an unsavory option. So this might be a small kudo, but it is a judicious kudo, and as timely a kudo as kudoz can be. (and we ALL know that kudoz often run late) So I invite you all by my byline, and hope you will LIKE it…SHARE it…LOVE IT…and be happy for me, too. I think I have something to say in this world, something that can only be said in my manner, so these little encouragements along the way are like blood. Hard to get out once set in..;)
