Oh, to log on

Sugar Mountain

with Big Brother, and the bullsh*t balloons

you’ll see plenty on Sugar Mountain

though you’re really just a Zombie in a room…

note_double

It’s so crowded in the stream

with all these effin’ memes

and the Doss PC you had

ain’t looking all that bad…

note_double

Oh, to log on

Sugar Mountain

with Big Brother, and his web tracking goons

you’ll read plenty on Sugar Mountain

breaking news which is by the large untrue

note_double

There’s a URL to click

where the news posts make you sick

You can read the words they wrote

like transcribed clearing throat

note_double

Oh, to log on

Sugar Mountain

with Big Brother, and the other networks

you’ll post plenty on Sugar Mountain

sharing links and likes in endless circle jerk

note_double

Now, you’re underdog at blog

because you’re not a cog

you shun blog post awards

they read and write so bored

note_double

Oh, to log on

Sugar Mountain

with Big Brother, and his international database

you’ll post plenty on Sugar Mountain

like the rest of the Pavlovian rat race.

note_double

Now, you need new cyber home

because you’re not a drone

ain’t it funny how delete

gives you Happy Feet…

note_double

Oh, to log on

Sugar Mountain

with Big Brother, and the bullsh*t balloons

you’ll see plenty on Sugar Mountain

though you’re really just a Zombie in a room…

Me neither. I was on for a little bit years ago, under an alias, but then I joined under my real name to get that “Like me on facebook” caveat going, and now I am–as this parody demonstrates–embed with, and em-BIT-tered by…oh hell o hell…one day, when I am a hugely successful author, I will have people for this I hope…;) Probably: “peeps”…Maybe I’ll create em on paper, if I have to…
